The righteous is delivered from trouble and it comes to the wicked. Reminds me of the book of Isaiah when God says, I will give men in exchange for your life.

By blessing the righteous, the city is exalted. Don’t despise anyone, hold your peace

There is one who withholds MORE than it is right; but leads to poverty.

There is a withholding but there is also being generous. As much as we are to be generous, we are not to become improvised.
